Host an Event at Muddy Puddles

1. Booking and Deposits

To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required when booking is confirmed. The remaining balance is due in full 3 days prior to the event date.

2. Cancellation Policy

More than 3 days notice: The deposit is retained, but any additional payments made will be refunded.

Less than 3 days notice: The full event fee is non-refundable.

Inclement Weather: In the event of extreme weather or "acts of God," we will work with you to reschedule your event to the next available date.

3. Capacity and Duration

Guest Count: The maximum occupancy for Muddy Puddles is 20 guests. Please ensure your guest list does not exceed this limit.

Timing: Your rental includes 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup. Additional time will be billed at a rate of $25 per half-hour.

4. Food and Allergies

Allergy Warning: Our facility processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

Outside Food: Outside catering is allowed with prior approval. However, outside ice cream products are strictly prohibited.

5. Decorations and Conduct

Decorations: You are welcome to decorate! However, we do not allow glitter, confetti, or decorations that require nails or heavy-duty tape on our walls.

Conduct: Muddy Puddles is a family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to end an event early without a refund if guests engage in illegal or disruptive behavior.

6. Liability and Damages

The "Renter" assumes all responsibility for any damage to the premises, equipment, or furniture caused by guests during the event. Muddy Puddles Ice Cream is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if excessive cleaning is required after your event.
